Young Athletes « fired up and ready » for MOPI Games

Interviews with Coaches and Athletes reveal the competitive spirit of the MOPI games is quite alive.

No one expected young students to be quite so energetic when the Lycee Louis Massignon reporter delegation arrived to the Sorbonne grounds. Capturing such lively children within the confines of a camera turned out to be quite the challenge for our team of photographs.
Immediately upon arrival to the Sorbonne, the Gymnasium was ready, and in a flash, delegations started practicing and really pushing themselves out there.
After assembling in the Medbay, retrofitted as our media station, I set out on my hardest task of the day: getting a good shot for this article.
The art of photography is quite a subtle one, and choosing just one picture was quite difficult because of the burning spirit that every student we spoke to out there. We organized several little interviews, sometimes teams, sometimes students, coaches, administrators and even one of our own reporters.
If there was one synthesis of every answer that we could make, it would be this: All the athletes are excited, they’ve been training for months and weeks, their blood boils with competitiveness and they’re red hot like forging steel. The atmosphere at these MOPI games has turned out great, everyone’s having fun, working together and playing their favourite sports together.
But I know we can’t synthesize every answer that was given into one, because everyone’s answers are too rich to crush down like that, which is why we’ve decided to include every interview at the bottom of this article, enjoy!
